Replacement
[Second row seat belt buckle]
(Except Europe and Australia)
[5-seat vehicle]
1.
Remove the second row seat assembly.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
Remove the rear seat cushion cover.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Cushion Cover")
3.
Remove the second row seat belt buckle.
[LH, MINI]
(1)
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [LH] (A) and mini buckle (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

[RH, Center]
(1)
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [RH] (A) and center buckle (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
(Except Europe and Australia)
[7-seat vehicle]
  
Before removing the second row seat assembly [LH/RH], first remove the second row center seat belt buckle (A) and seat assembly [RH](B).
1.
Place the second row seat assembly [LH] to the rear and second row seat assembly [RH] to the front.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
Seperate the second row seat belt buckle and second row seat assembly [LH] by removing the mounting bolt (C).

(LH)
1.
Remove the second row seat assembly [LH].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
Remove the second row seat belt buckle.
[LH]
(1)
Loosen the second row seat belt buckle [LH] and mounting bolt (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

(2)
Pull out the second row seat belt buckle [LH] (A).

[MINI]
(1)
Loosen the second row seat belt buckle [MINI] and mounting bolt (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

(2)
Pull out the second row seat belt buckle [MINI] (A).

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
(RH)
1.
Push the second row seat assembly [RH] (A) towards the front of the vehicle as far as possible.

2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [RH] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
(Center)
1.
Remove the second row seat assembly [RH].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
After loosening the mounting nuts, then remove the second row center seat belt buckle rail (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Remove the second row center seat belt buckle (A).

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
(For Europe and Australia)
[5/7-seat vehicle]
(LH)
1.
Remove the second row seat assembly [LH].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat shield inner cover (A).

3.
Disconnect the second row seat belt buckle connector wiring (A).

4.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [LH] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
Replace any damaged clips.
(RH)
1.
Remove the second row seat assembly [RH].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat shield inner cover (A).

3.
Disconnect the second row seat belt buckle connector wiring (A).

4.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [LH] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
Replace any damaged clips.
(Center)
1.
Remove the second row seat belt buckle.
[Center]
(1)
Remove the second row seat assembly [Center].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
(2)
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat shield inner cover (A).

(3)
Disconnect the second row seat belt buckle connector wiring (A).

(4)
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [Center] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

[MINI]
(1)
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the second row seat belt buckle [MINI] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
Replace any damaged clips.
[Third row seat belt buckle]
1.
Remove the third row seat assembly [LH, RH].
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the third row seat belt buckle [LH, RH] (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
